In 2009 our partner organization was contacted by Sana, the young daughter of an artisan, who was dissatisfied with the exploitative treatment of her family and community by local tradesmen. Since our fair trade partnership began, their jewelry items have grown exponentially, they have upgraded to a better workspace, and children are staying in school longer. In fact, Sana became the first woman in her village to attend college! Your purchases make all this possible. Thank you.
All Do Good Shop items are made by our Partner Artisans and their Families, and all profits benefit them directly.

At the Do Good Shop, we seek to connect you, and fellow everyday shoppers, with an easily accessible, quality ethical marketplace, and to use the proceeds from your purchases to bring freedom to victims of exploitation (in the United States and abroad) by supporting safe, living wage jobs.
Do Good Shop is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This means that not only does each purchase that you make help to create jobs for vulnerable artisans, but also that all profits go directly back into supporting artisans and their communities.
