Shipping & Handling/Returns/Exchanges

FREE SHIPPING on most Do Good Shop items!

Some heavier/odd shaped items subject to additional shipping fees based on location of delivery. 

International Shipping

Flate Rate $29 on orders up to $250 (excluding bulky items; please message for shipping details on large items)


Processing/Fulfillment times are approximately 5-7 business days from the date of your order.  You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.



To make an exchange, please email us at info@thedogoodshop.org with the following information:

1-what item you'd like to exchange

2-what item/size/color you'd prefer

Once we receive your email, we can set the new item aside to ship to you once we receive your item for exchange.  Then, simply mail your exchange to the address below.  Do Good Shop will cover the shipping of the new item/size/color that you are exchanging for once we receive your item for exchange!



To return for a refund, mail to us your item(s) and a copy of the receipt (or a note with your order confirmation number).   Also, please include the reason for return.  We'll process refunds within 10 days of receiving the return, and will email you to confirm.

Return/exchange policy

There is a 90-day exchange/return policy from the date your order is received in your hands.

Items must have the original tags attached, include original packaging, and cannot be worn or washed. If there is damage, staining, etc to your item, please understand that we cannot resell it, so a return will not be issued in that case.
