Please do not wash in a regular washer and dryer, dry clean only. Always iron on the back side of the tapestry and never on the front side with the letters.

Print will come folded for shipping; creases are normal and will fade over time when hanging. To decrease the appearance of the creases quickly, place the canvas print side down on an ironing table and place pillow case over the canvas print then you can iron over the creases. Avoid high levels of heat and keeping the iron in one place for too long. Brush over the creases with the iron and do not firmly press.

Friendsheep was created by Valeria Isaacs, a zero waste entrepreneur, disability advocate, mother, wife, nature lover, and former biologist. Her pursuit of her passions for ecology and sustainable living was interrupted when a spinal cord injury left her quadriplegic at age 22.

In late 2015, she decided to give new meaning to her life by founding Friendsheep, with the aim of providing high quality, eco-friendly products while also providing work and purpose to hundreds of women and disabled artisans in underprivileged communities of Nepal.

D E T A I L S

Friendsheep Orange Organic Essential Oil is a mood-boosting, cleansing, and energizing oil with a sweet citrusy aroma. It helps reduce stress, encourage creativity, and freshen the air. Sweet orange oil can be diffused, applied topically, and used for DIY cleaning.

Our Organic Orange Essential Oil is 100% pure, extracted in the USA by cold pressing the rind of the sweet orange, Citrus sinensis.

• Aromatherapy: use in a diffuser or air purifier. Add up to 3-5 drops per 100ml of water.
• Topically:  Apply topically, after diluting with a carrier oil, to help to soothe skin. Known for its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties, it nourishes dry, irritated and acne-prone skin, and because it contains retinoids it’ll help brighten your skin. Add 4-6 drops in 20ml of carrier oil.
• In the bathtub: Make a relaxing and mood-boosting bath blend by adding 1 cup Epsom salts, 5 drops sweet orange oil, 3 drops lavender oil, and 3 drops clary sage oil to a warm bath.
• To naturally clean your home: Sweet orange oil is a powerful cleanser to combat stubborn dirt and grease. Make a natural cleaner by combining 1 cup water, ½ cup white vinegar, 15-20 drops sweet orange oil and or lemon oil in a spray bottle. Use the spray to clean floors, surfaces, countertops, and windows. Shake well before use.   
• In the dryer on your wool dryer balls: add a few (5-7) drops to one eco dryer ball before tossing them in your dryer. Repeat as needed.
• To scent your dry laundry: add a few (5-7) drops to your Friendsheep eco fresheners before putting them in your drawers, closets, or a duffle bag.

The Toockies® project opens an unimaginable door of opportunity for our knitters. In Ujan, Nababpur, women desperate for a dignified way to earn a living, are mobilized and trained to create Toockies® products as a co-op. A community center provides these women with a central location for training, knitting, picking-up yarn, and dropping off finished product, though most knitters work from home, as is culturally required, allowing them to work flexible hours.

The Toockies® project empowering these women to take charge of their own destiny.

In gratitude, we have given our knitters a voice by having them learn how to write their names and adding them to our packaging.
