I M P A C T
Friendsheep was created by Valeria Isaacs, a zero waste entrepreneur, disability advocate, mother, wife, nature lover, and former biologist. Her pursuit of her passions for ecology and sustainable living was interrupted when a spinal cord injury left her quadriplegic at age 22.
In late 2015, she decided to give new meaning to her life by founding Friendsheep, with the aim of providing high quality, eco-friendly products while also providing work and purpose to hundreds of women and disabled artisans in underprivileged communities of Nepal.
- In the dryer on your wool dryer balls: add a few (5-7) drops to one eco dryer ball before tossing them in your dryer. Repeat as needed.
- Aromatherapy: Diffuse Twilight Garden by adding 3-5 drops per 100ml of water to an oil diffuser.
- Topically: Use Twilight Garden oil topically by diluting 4-6 drops in 20ml (2 Tbsp) of carrier oil. Use this oil to uplift your mood and inspire presence.
- In the bathtub: Make a rejuvenating bath blend by adding 1 cup Epsom salts, and adding 5-10 drops of Twilight Garden to a warm bath. Helps alleviate stress and anxiety.
- To scent your dry laundry: add a few (5-7) drops to your Friendsheep eco fresheners before putting them in your drawers, closet, purse, or a duffle bag.
